Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 1 Glass
Mushroom – 200gms
Green Chillies – 2 – 3
Garlic (Lehsun) – 10 to 12 Petals
1 Onion (Pyaaz)
Spring Onions (Hari Pyaaz) – 2 Tablespoon (Chopped)
1 Carrots
Tomato – 3/4 Cup
Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) – 1 Cup
Salt to taste
Soya Sauce – 2 Tablespoon
White Vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 Tablespoon
Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya Patti)
Oil – 3 Tablespoon
