Garlic Petals – 12 to 15
Green Chillies – 3 to 4
Haldi (Turmeric) Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Kashmiri Red Chillie Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Sarson – 1 Teaspoon
Hing (Asofoetida) – 2 Pinch
Coriander Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder – 1 Tablespoon
(Kaali Mirch) Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1/2 Teaspoon
